Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Any items returned that appear worn or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
1. To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@acirtiv.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with our return shipping address.
3. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different item please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via email at info@acirtiv.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
